Wadworth is some 5 miles from the centre of Doncaster on the main A60 Road to Nottingham which runs through
Tickhill, Worksop & Mansfield. It is bisected by the M18 and the A1(M) motorways neither of which are
accessible from within the parish.

Council meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month in the Community Centre on Old
School Lane, which runs off Main Street up the side of The Fox & Hounds Public House.
District Councillors who cover Wadworth are Mrs. Barbara Hoyle, Mrs. Patricia Bartlett &
An advice surgery will be held at the Community Centre on the second Thursday of the month
from 6.15pm to 7.00pm.
The Parish Precept for the year 2007 - 2008 is £8,500
The Local Policeman is Constable Dave Coulson stationed at Rossington Police Station. He covers
Wadworth along with other villages including Tickhill. Messages can be left for him at Tickhill Library, at
Edlington Police Station or sent by Email.
